WHO, WHAT, WHEN, AND PEACE OF MIND

ACTION PLAN

WHO BENEFITS

Anyone is a good candidate for a BCB. Reasearch indicates that middle agers (45-65) begin to show cognitive changes well before their noticeable presentation. Cognitive health is just as important as physical health that requires regular checkups. It is best to get an idea of what your cognitive health trajectory looks like instead of waiting until there is already loss of cognitive function. It is better to prevent or slow any loss before it happens.

WHAT IS BCB

BCB is a preliminary step to help determine a baseline and whether or not the changes you are noticing are to be expected and a normal part of aging; and if those noticeable changes require further specific healthcare evaluations. BCB will provide a ‘COGNITIVE GAME PLAN’ that will keep you proactive in your brain health and brain trajectory.

WHEN TO HAVE A BCB

NOW is the time for a BCB evaluation. Early BCB assessment can make a significant difference in managing one’s brain health in order to maintain independence and a quality of life. A BCB assessment will allow for a timely evaluation of an individual’s current cognitive status and then provide the necessary recommendations and interventions for a BRAIN HEALTH ACTION PLAN.

PEACE OF MIND

The goal of assessment is to identify current status, changes in cognitive functioning, and to propose interventions in order to address any changes as early as possible. BCB will provide peace of mind so that you understand your current brain functioning, in order to be in control and have the power to create a BRAIN HEALTH PLAN.

COGNITIVE HEALTH IS A PRIORITY, NOT A LUXURY.

Make Yourself a Priority

With medicine and lifestyle geared toward longevity we have become a huge aging population; 1/5 of people will be 65+ by 2030. With living longer comes the reality of an aging brain. BCB is a proactive approach to your aging brain and your brain health, and provides a clear picture of what YOUR brain needs.
